Shipping Policies

We at Loja da Coisas Incríveis work as business intermediaries. We select the best suppliers in the world, with direct contact with factories in major international industry hubs such as China and the United States.

Our suppliers are responsible for checking product quality, packaging and shipping the product directly to you.

The delivery time is on average 10 to 25 business days (after payment confirmation), depending on the agility of the Post Offices in your location.

Why this delivery time?

We work with quality products, all of which are manufactured abroad and sent directly from our suppliers to our customers' homes. This reduces the cost of the product for our customers. They are sent by plane to Brazil and land in Curitiba, where they are then sent to the post office. On average, within 1 week, they are in Brazil and sent to our customers' homes by post.

You tracking codes It takes an average of 3 to 7 business days to be forwarded from our suppliers to you, the customer.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not in possession of your order contact us immediately to check with our suppliers. Confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, We will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps.

We will refund the amount relating to purchases made that are lost or that exceed the 90-day period after payment confirmation to be delivered.

AND It is important that you provide the means to make delivery to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the order is not collected within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.

CUSTOMS TAXATION

All products shipped from abroad are subject to customs taxes upon receipt. However, we select products that will not be taxed. The amount of the tariffs is 60% of the purchase value, so if the amount charged is higher than this, please contact us so that we can pay the fee and release your purchase. You will not need to pay any other fees for release. This is on us.
